The house is 1,350sf (3 bed/2ba) frame on concrete foundation with covered front and back porches, attached 2 car carport, plus a 600sf workshop with 2 attached carport/overhangs, chicken coop (needs some work), and pole barn out back. We have a pond in the front of the property and the back of the property, creating a beautiful and serene environment. House is on well and septic so no pesky water/sewer bills. Showings/viewings by appointment only.
