Property Id: 1563286 I am in the NE corner of Hwys 694 and 36 in Mahtomedi in a safe area w/ private backyard. I'm a single dad w/ two adult children on their own. I live here in my newly remodeled home and rent (1) a bedroom upstairs for $700 (share bathroom) and (2) the whole lower level (LL) to a M/32 (so will be 3 people total), then shared: entrance, kitchen, living room, and yard. It INCLUDES all reasonable utilities and driveway parking. I had one tenant (F/32) renting the upper room for 3.5 years who moved out recently (grad). No smoking anything (in/out/quitting). There is some storage space in the basement. Dep. is $300. I try to make sure we take care of any 'deal-breakers' BEFORE meeting. A 6-mo's lease min.. Please give me as much info. about you and your situation as possible including: full name, timetable (in/out), rent $ source, explain any legal convictions, home/apt. history, etc., w/ your reply and I will reply ASAP.
