Tenant Responsibility: All Utilities (Electricity, Oil, Water & Internet), Renters & Liability Insurance, Lawn Maintenance (grass cutting and leaves), Snow Removal, Landlord Responsibility: Sewer fees, Insurance, Liability Insurance, Maintenance/Repairs, Mechanicals, Property Management, Real Estate Taxes, In accordance with CT State Law, we accept all legal forms of payment, including all government housing voucher programs which cover our area.
