This single level home is located off Scenic Highway and Summit. Family room is open to the kitchen area, which has large pantry cabinets along with all appliances. There is a side door to the car port and laundry closet and another entry to the backyard from the kitchen area. Down a short hallway are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The guest bedrooms are located on the front of the home while the master faces the back of the home and has a en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The backyard is enclosed and has a patio area. Location is convenient to local hospitals, schools, shopping and much more. Pets allowed on a pre-approved basis with all pet fees paid. Owner/Manager reserves the right to deny any pet(s) at any time. Pet fees range from $275-375 per pet, this is a one time nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a annual pet inspection fee of $150. All animals are screened by a 3rd party screening company to be verified as a service animal. Verified service animals have not pet fees due. If not verified, pet fees will be required. School zones - Suter Elementary, Workman Middle, Washington High School Tenant Benefit Package fee of $29/month is required for all tenants.
