The rental rates start at $645 and the security deposit is equal to one month’s rent, both are due at move-in but just the security deposit is required to hold the room. Cleaning of the common areas is a shared responsibility and everyone is responsible for their own rooms. The lease goes from August 1 through June 30 of next year. Rooms with walk-in closets are $695 and Double rooms are $745. We rent “By-The-Room”, which means an individual lease for you. Our residents can live in a shared apartment with roommates without the stress of renting an entire apartment. Individual leases allow us to split the rent making each resident responsible only for their portion of rent. Everything such as water, sewer, trash, landscaping, internet, wi-fi and Smart TV is included. The apartments are fully furnished with cooking equipment and utensils and most of what you'd need for day to day. Each room has a bed with a full size mattress. Washer dryer is located on the ground floor. Everything such as water, sewer, trash, landscaping, internet, wi-fi and Smart TV is included. A $35/mo electricity allowance is based on historical averages and sufficiently covers normal usage. It’s there in case of extreme abuse. Cleaning of the common areas is a shared responsibility and everyone is responsible for their own rooms. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent, and is due before move-in. We also require renter’s insurance, which you can get during the lease signing.
