The main house offers a master bedroom with an attached bath, two smaller bedrooms, and one additional full bath. The fourth bedroom and third bathroom are located above the garage, which creates a separate living space perfect for guests or multigenerational families. With unbelievable lake views in almost every room of the home, this house also includes a two story dock with two boat slips and long range views across the water to the Hartwell dam. The house is currently rented until December 31, 2025. Please contact us to schedule a tour and we'll find a time to arrange a walk-through. Tenant pays for all utilities and is responsible for lawn & garden maintenance. Pet friendly with a $300 non-refundable pet fee that will be used to clean the house at the end of the lease. Thanks for your interest! Owner pays for monthly utilities. Lease is available for a minimum of 1 month.
