This unit normally rents for $1,000 per month, but if you sign a 3 year lease right now you can take advantage of our end-of-the-month sale and only pay $874 a month. That's a savings of $1,500 a year, or $4,500 over the life of a 3 year lease. There is a $1,000 security deposit and a $35.00 non-refundable application fee for each income producing resident, who is not a spouse to another resident.
