Thank you for your interest in our property at Pear Tree Court 33B-5 We have a one-bedroom 1 bath apartment on the first floor available for rent September 2nd. Rent is $1,095.00 and gas heat, hot water, sewer, trash, and snow removal. Coin operated laundry facilities are on site. The property is cat friendly with a maximum of 2 per unit. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee, per pet of $150 and then a monthly pet fee of $35 per cat. We are going smoke free on all of our properties. This means that while you may smoke on the property, smoking in the apartment, common areas, or within 25 feet of the building will not be permitted. Qualified applicants must have a minimum income of $2,737.50 and be able to pass a credit and criminal screening. Landlord references over the past 4 years are also reviewed. There is a $40 per person, age 18 and older, non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, a holding deposit equal to one-month’s rent is required to hold the unit and remove it from active listings. Security deposit is required and can be between one to two month’s rent depending on credit. I would be happy to schedule a showing for this unit. Showings are scheduled Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are limiting showing to two persons and all participants are required to wear masks and gloves during the showing.
