Located in downtown Carlisle, convenient to shopping, transportation, college(s), War College, military base, restaurants and shopping. It's all about location and amenities and we have the best of both. We maintain a professional environment for your peace of mind and quality of life. The apartments are all newly renovated and are very nice, but the atmosphere is what really stands out here. Unlike institutionalized spaces each apartment has its own unique charm it is the best of the old world meeting modern appliances and HVAC. Very nice apartment with high ceilings and ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. We have 4 furnished units currently with War College students in them. 1. 1 bedroom with an office fully furnished $1400 (UPDATE - Rented) 2. 1 bedroom with an office fully furnished W/D in unit $1400 3. 1 bedroom with a desk fully furnished W/D in unit $1250 4. 1 bedroom with a desk fully furnished W/D in unit $1200 5. 1 bedroom NOT furnished W/D in unit $1050 (Rented) These are very nice and we are one of the highest rated landlords in the area by the housing office at Carlisle Barracks.
