This apartment also features a shared community pool that you are welcome to use for your enjoyment. Resident is responsible to pay for all utilities. This house is no smoking and renter's insurance is required. Residents will be enrolled in Resident Benefit Package that includes renter's insurance and credit building for $25/month. One pet is welcome with a $300 non refundable pet fee and an additional $35 monthly fee for a cat. One dog may be considered for an additional $50/month - breed restrictions may apply. Each adult must complete an application, application fee is $40 each and is nonrefundable. Full background check, criminal check, and rental history search required.
