This is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cabin with an additional loft as a bonus located in a gated community at Coosawattee River Resort in the North Georgia mountains. The resort is one of the most highly sought after vacation destinations. No price negotiations. There is currently a shortage in vacation and home rentals in Ellijay. You are getting much more than simply a place to live. The property would make at least double the asking rent on Airbnb due to the location, however I am not willing to take on the risk and additional time of many people entering and leaving the home. I am looking for a clean, reliable, smoke and drug free tenant who will treat the property as their own. In turn I will give up my property owner's id to the selected tenant to use all the many amenities located in the resort. About the community/amenities: Coosawattee River Resort is a wonderful 11,000 acre four-season resort that people travel to visit all year long. The resort is located minutes from the town of Ellijay, a very quaint, friendly, relaxed town. This section of Northeast Georgia is located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain range about equal distance from Atlanta and Chattanooga. The variety of terrain allows enjoyment of the natural mountain atmosphere. The Coosawattee River and Mountaintown Creek flow through the resort offering fantastic fishing (trout and bass) rivers, and allowing many other related activities including tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, etc. The resort also offers a full exercise room, 2 outdoor pools (1 is Olympic sized), bathhouses, heated Olympic sized indoor pool, game room, snack bar and entertainment area as well as a stocked fishing pond, multiple tennis courts, badminton and basketball courts, put-put golf, five river parks and countless old trails to explore. In addition, there are many green areas as well as general public use areas set aside for enjoyment. There are over 300 miles of roads in the resort. At the Eagle Mountain entrance you will find Build an Ark Animal Rescue with exotic as well as farm animals that you can feed while learning their story. There is every style of house in the resort, from conventional construction to log construction. The community hosts events that you can attend and mingle with folks. The deer are accustomed to people and will come visit you at the property if you feed them (please only feed them deer food, ie no bread, etc). The resort is the place to be to detox from city life. The Ellijay town square nearby has antique shops, art galleries, expertise shops, and a range of interesting eateries. Living elsewhere will never be the same once you experience this piece of heaven!
