LIVING SPACE Living room: Large sectional, spacious desk, board games, and 55-inch Smart TV, streaming, Netflix. Dining space: Open to the living room and kitchen, table, 4 chairs, and bench. Kitchen: Fully equipped, open shelf pantry, stocked with coffee, condiments, toaster, blender, rice maker, and other cooking, baking, and dining essentials. BBQ grill, foosball table, ladder ball game and spacious yard areas for kids PARKING Garage 2-car parking with one side extra deep, driveway, and gated parking on both sides of the house. You will have access to the entire home. Parking for boats, trailers or RV’s is on the side of the house behind the locked coded gate. No boats in garage, only cars or small water crafts. RV hook-up for electricity and water is available, $25 fee per day. We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns. We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself! This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
