Have you been searching for a quiet, peaceful place to live that is also walking distance to downtown Sebastopol, including shops, schools, library, parks, Ives pool, bike trail and more? If so, you might want to consider renting our recently remodeled studio in the heart of Sebastopol. Our rental home is situated 3 houses from the cul-de-sac of this dead end street with no through traffic. This dwelling is a duplex with a 3 bedroom apartment in the front area of home and a studio in the rear of the home with a shared wall separating the two dwellings. The studio has a private pathway and entrance to the side and rear of the house. The studio comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a gas range oven, refrigerator, and over-stove microwave. There is no washer or dryer on premises, however there are 3 laundromats within a mile. The property has ample on-street parking. The outdoor area includes a large back yard and gardening space which are fenced and private with a combination of sun and shade. The outdoor property will be shared with a family of 3 currently residing in the 3 bedroom living space in the front of the home. The studio has its own separate pathway and entrance that is located at the rear of the house. We are open to considering any persons that promise/commit to being clean, quiet and respectful/considerate of those living in the front apartment and neighbors. Must be trustworthy and very responsible in living/caring for our property and home. Please respond with information about yourselves and why you may be a good fit for this property. Rent $1600 per month, month-to-month. Security deposit $1600.
