The studio has a private pathway and entrance to the side and rear of the house. The studio comes with a fully equipped kitchen including a gas range oven, refrigerator, and over-stove microwave. There is no washer or dryer on premises, however there are 3 laundromats within a mile. The property has ample on-street parking. The outdoor area includes a large back yard and gardening space which are fenced and private with a combination of sun and shade. The outdoor property will be shared with a family of 3 currently residing in the 3 bedroom living space in the front of the home. The studio has its own separate pathway and entrance that is located at the rear of the house.
