Interiors are mostly original and may be considered a bit outdated. Priced accordingly and a great value for the right person. No other house on the property. $2714.14 a month includes landscaping. Rent will increase to $3,000 per month (still including landscaping) once the Governors Emergency proclamation ends. All other utilities are a tenant expense along with maintaining renters insurance.
