All linens, bedding, pots, pans, dishware, bakeware included. Keurig coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances provided. Close to downtown, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Guest responsible for reimbursement of all natural gas to heat the pool and is responsible for electric over the monthly cap.
