Cozy brick home in Manchester Township, located just minutes from Route 30, I-83, shops, restaurants, parks, and downtown York. Common areas are fully furnished. Living room has a nice sitting area with sofa and TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a fantastic meal. Washer/dryer are available in the basement for all your laundry needs. Central A/C. One off-street parking space is reserved for each room. Backyard has a deck and firepit. Basement has a pool table and ping-pong table. Sorry, but since this is a shared space, we don’t allow any pets. Flexible lease terms are available. All tenants must have a 600+ credit score, monthly income three times the monthly rent, pass a background check, and have no prior history of evictions.
