3217 Elma Drive - This wonderful home is on a quiet cul-de-sac with sweet neighbors and close to Wadley & Loop 250. Lots of shopping restaurants and activities are very close. Great schools with Bush Elementary & Abell Jr High. Light & airy with high ceilings & neutral colors, lots of hard flooring, but deep rich carpet on the stairs & in bedrooms. Both bedrooms are upstairs 7 have their own private baths, lots of closet space. Downstairs there is lots of space, with extra closets, powder bath, kitchen, dining & breakfast nook as well as utility room. All residents must have credit score of 600 or greater & clean criminal history. Small pets up to 40# okay with $500 pet deposit.
