I reported that bulbs in the middle light fixture in my kitchen needed to be replaced. Shortly,I received a confirmation that the Maintenance request was received. The next day it was completed. So far, every Maintenance issue requested was completed quickly. I applaud such!

I usually never make reviews so since I am taking the time to do so now, it says a lot… When I moved in last year, so much was wrong and going unnoticed! Management didn’t take any of my concerns seriously and it was truly a headache. We’ve since gotten new management and they all truly care about us residents! They’re extremely knowledgeable and will not neglect your concerns! I’m renewing my lease now.
