Showings are by appointment only with 48hr notice. Contact the office number at 440-280-2100 during business hours for a showing appointment. Please do not disturb the residents. Incredibly spacious, additional living space is available in the partially finished basement along with a half bath, wet bar and lots of storage space. Outdoor amenities include a large lot, a large deck and patio area for entertaining and a firepit. The house comes with some furnishings that can be negotiated. Owner pays for trash, residents are responsible for all other utilities. No smoking or vaping allowed. Renters insurance required. Application fee of $50/adult to cover background and credit checks, all adults must apply. Security deposit is one month’s rent and due upon signing.
