This is a non-smoking property- no smoking under any covered, roofed area of home. No pets allowed **No Roommate Situations allowed without owner consent- if allowed each person must qualify individually** **Washer/Dryer- there is a washer/dryer in the house but if it breaks, the tenant will be responsible for repairing.
