This property was purchased from a long term estate, and carefully restored by the current owner. The original floors were exposed and polished, and every major system has been gone through and tested for reliability. It is believed that this trailer was affixed to the lot when new, and has been upgraded with an insulated roof and concrete foundation. There's a central gas heater to keep you toasty all winter, and one evaporative cooler for the summer months. Small, well-behaved and loved pets are welcome, with an additional $200 pet fee, subject to owner approval.
