Washer and dryer are provided for tenant's responsible use. Conveniently located 1/2-block west from Doxey Elementary School and 1-mile from the Clearfield West Gate to Hill Air Force Base. Pets are allowed within city regulations for an additional monthly pet rent of $35-100 (depending upon size and number of animals). Tenants are responsible for all utilities and must adhere to "Good Landlord" program requirements. $2,000 rent deposit and $2,000 first month's rent due at signing, $50 application/tenant screening fee.
