I have a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in the Coldstream-Montebello-Homestead neighborhood and I am looking for two housemates. There are two available bedrooms that share a bathroom (I will be in the master with my own bathroom). The entire house has been rehabbed and is gorgeous. The house has a large front porch and back deck. On the main floor there is a huge eat in kitchen with new appliances and granite counter tops, a living room, a dining room and a half bath. The upstairs has a master suit, two other bedrooms, an addition bathroom and a laundry room. The huge basement is not finished, but has 13ft ceilings, outdoor access and is a lot less scary than many typical Baltimore basements. Plenty of room for storage down there and possibly a game area/rec room. All rooms will be fully furnished except for the 2 bedrooms. The house is in a nice neighborhood, right across the street from Clifton Park and within easy walking distance of Lake Montebello. It is 1.8 miles from the Hopkins Homewood, 1.5 miles from the Morgan State, 3 miles from Loyola, 2.7 miles from the Hopkins Medical campus, and 4 miles from the Inner Harbor. There is a back yard that needs some work (which I will hopefully get around to beautifying). I am a 26 year old male who is finishing up his doctorate in Robotics at Johns Hopkins. I consider myself clean and organized, but not ridiculously so. I definitely enjoy the occasional party (and classy dinner/cocktail party is more my speed), but nothing too out of control. I enjoy many things including movies, music, cooking, gardening, the outdoors, ultimate, volleyball, basketball, running. My housemates will, of course, have access of the full house, however I expect to be respectful of the property, building and furnishings. There are two bedrooms for rent, both for $700/month - Bedroom #1 - 13'5'' x 11'2'', window, closet Bedroom #2 - 13'1'' x 10'3'', multi-window, closet. There will be a $50 application fee.
