Property Id: 3042690 I'm doing a construction project in early November that will create a beautiful new patio and entrance to the back door. Move-in date will depend upon the completion of that project. Earliest would be end of November/December. About the apartment: 1100' sq ft first floor apartment. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. House was completely gutted and renovated in 2000. Off street parking (double-wide driveway) and one garage space - includes an automatic garage door opener (shared with owner for boat storage). Washer and dryer included. Garbage disposal. French door stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and ice dispenser. Stainless oven and microwave. Higher than standard countertop heights (easier on your back). Hardwood, tile, cork, and carpet flooring. 8 closets (1 walk-in, 1 built-in wardrobe, 1 laundry). IKEA Pax wardrobe system in primary bedroom. Full bathtub with shower and curved shower rod. Primary bedroom has private bathroom with dual shower heads. Remote control ceiling fan/light in primary bedroom. Outside: Backyard garden with rain barrel is available if you want to garden Quiet singular tenant on the 2nd floor. Tenant is responsible for lawn care (mower provided) and snow removal (less than 3") Location: Walking distance to Casey Park (1,000 feet). Old Polish neighborhood with annual Polish festival (and pony rides). Walking distance to bars, restaurants, clubs, city-owned park, elementary school, church, and drugstore. Minimal traffic because it's not a through street. Friendly neighbors. NO smoking. No pets. (Might consider a pet for an excellent tenant.)
