Some small dogs are allowed at landlords discretion. No cats. DO NOT APPLY AND PAY THE $55 FEE UNLESS WE HAVE SPOKEN AND YOU KNOW YOU WANT THE APARTMENT. It is not -refundable and doesn't come to me. I can't get you the money back!
