Walkable to SSU and in the Boneyfiddle historic district. Short drive to SOMC. Water, sewer, and trash are covered by landlord. You only pay for electric. The furnace and AC are brand new. Some small dogs are allowed at landlords discretion. No cats. DO NOT APPLY AND PAY THE $55 FEE UNLESS WE HAVE SPOKEN AND YOU KNOW YOU WANT THE APARTMENT. It is not -refundable and doesn't come to me. I can't get you the money back!
