The main level also features a guest/half bathroom, a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances, center island, and access to the outside patio. There is main floor laundry conveniently located just off the kitchen. The first bedroom is located on the main floor with an en suite bath. The upper level boasts two more bedrooms, separated by a dual entry bathroom with double sinks, tub/shower, and private commode. This home has so many wonderful amenities, including vinyl plank flooring, premium window treatments, abundance of windows and natural light, single attached garage, gas forced air furnace, central air conditioning, air exchanger, and lots of storage. Tenants pay all utilities. Lawn Care and Snow Removal included in rent. One cat or small dog under 20 pound allowed per unit, $300 pet fee and $50/month pet rent, and current vaccinations.
