This cottage is a true gem in historic Shepherdstown with natural wood plan vaulted ceilings and brick accent walls! The open eat-in kitchen has a plenty of cabinet space, and leads into the family room with decorative fireplace, and a shelf along the side walls for your books, decor, or storage. Off of the kitchen is the full bath with classic clawfoot tub, and two bedrooms - one conveniently includes stacked washer and dryer. Tenants are able to park in a shared parking lot beside the cottage. Located just off of S Duke Street, near the corner of W German St., close to downtown shopping and dining. Pets: Cats only. Additional monthly costs include Renter's insurance (price based on plan selection) and Second Nature Air Filter Subscription program ($15.00/ month). Any tenant must set up a PO Box to receive mail.
