I drive it in my two-wheel drive chevy S-10, which is one of the worst vehicles I've owned for mountain driving. This property is not for just anyone. You must drive the road and decide if you are that special kind of person who loves serenity and seclusion. Level yard,surround decks, screened porch, double car canopy, private well, mostly furnished. Electric heat and gas-burning fireplace. $790 monthly rent. $790 security deposit. $35 per adult application fee. Duke Energy may require deposit to establish electric service - check with Duke for details regarding deposit. First month, security deposit, and application fee(s) must be paid in full before occupancy. If moving in on any day other than the first, the second months rent will be prorated - not the first month.
