About 3031 Hill Hedge Dr
Beautiful home that is centrally located. Only a 10-minute commute to Gunter or Maxwell, it is conveniently situated in a quiet neighborhood in Midtown and is less than a mile to most daily shopping. On the main floor you will find a spacious, renovated eat-in kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchen cabinets. The large walk-in pantry is adjacent to the kitchen and doubles as a laundry room. Also on the main floor is a large room with a double closet, a separate bathroom, and a wet bar. We currently use this as a home gym but it could also be used as a second master bedroom. Finally, the main floor houses a dining room and a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Double doors lead out to a large, shaded backyard. On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms, one with its own balcony and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom. On the bottom floor is a parents' oasis. At the bottom of the stairs is a home office with built-in bookshelves which is perfect for a quiet escape to read or write papers. The master suite has a large walk-in closet and contains a den with a second wood-burning fireplace
