Altitude over the past two years has improved consistently with management changes. The maintenance team has stayed top notch. Lee is extremely professional and one of the best maintenance leads I have had in my leasing history.

Living here has been a great experience overall! Parking can be a bit tricky and appliances have had their moments but staff are incredible and maintenance is so fast. Lee is especially exceptional - knowledgeable, friendly and is best buds with our dog. Nick is great too!

I really enjoy living here. The location is great and I love our unit. The location attracts good people and I love all my neighbors. Also, the maintenance staff is super responsive and always completes maintenance requests quickly and kindly. Lee is wonderful!
Pros: The maintenance staff are amazing. Lee and Nick are very responsive and finish any issues promptly and with skill. The location is perfect! Walk to town and hiking trails. A short drive to all the things the mountains offer. The views are beautiful.
Cons: Additional fees added to the base rent are excessive. For example, trash is payed twice - for an unnecessary valet service and regular trash pickup when there are convenient bins all over the property. Tenants also separately pay for community costs - water, pest control, electricity, parking and other services. So when budgeting, include extra for these costs.
The windows are awful. The energy lost is exorbitant and irresponsible
Why 5 stars you may ask? Nick and Lee as well as the location make up for the shortcomings elsewhere
Just about a month into living here and have to say - I'm super impressed with Altitude. Chayce and Kristi at the front office have been wonderful and really responsive. Maintenance has been top notch - the best I've experienced across the 4 places I've rented thus far. Anytime I submit a request, Nick is there within a few hours if not sooner and takes care of it quickly and with such a positive demeanor. Plus the location here is incredible if you care about access to hiking, running, climbing, skiing, etc. Would highly recommend living here!

Views GALORE.... SO many beautiful views at this apartment complex and SO close to downtown Golden. These apartments are a hidden gem! They are updated and have the most amazing location. There are very close trails that connect to North Table so there's hiking in your backyard. The management is wonderful (Sandra especially). My fiancé and I lived there and love it! Same with our guests that would come visit! We highly recommend living there, you won't regret it!!
We have been residents here for over 2 years, and we are extremely pleased with our experience at Altitude. The property is well maintained, any issues are fixed promptly, the general communications to residents are prompt and clear, and the local property management is top notch. In particular, Lynne is an extremely professional and reasonable property manager. I've seen various approaches for apartment property management, and at Altitude they do it right.
