Both bedrooms are lacking in closet space but there's room for an armoire, dresser, or other storage solutions. Large bonus room upstairs would make another possible bedroom, office, or hobby area. Dogs are negotiable but there is no fencing. Tenant is responsible for setting up & maintaining all utilities through The City of Cody & Black Hills Energy. Parking is limited to two vehicles.
