This beautiful 4BR, 2.5 bathroom long term rental is located walking distance to the best hiking trails in the area, 3 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara and 5 minutes to the most beautiful beaches in California! This retreat comes with all brand new appliances, custom made barn doors throughout, chargers built in to the EXTRA LARGE kitchen island, fire pits in the front and back yards and sleeps 6 people comfortably in beds, with a nursery for the baby, or to use as another guest room, including office. Enjoy a book while relaxing on the comfortable window seat while looking out onto the beautiful mountains or the gorgeous sunset. Our oversized great room/kitchen was built with entertaining in mind. It never fails, guests gather in the kitchen while the host is preparing dinner and that is exactly what we had in mind when designing this kitchen, lots of room for people to gather around and socialize or take one step up to the large open entertainment room. 1BR - 2 Queen sized bunk beds 2BR - Queen sized bed with connecting bathroom 3 BR - Crib/Nursery 4 BR - Master suite with king sized bed and adjoining full bathroom, 2 sinks, closet and makeup vanity with separate mirror. Sliding doors out to the backyard. We have a large backyard with a lounge area and ping pong table along with gorgeous mountain views. You will have access to the backyard and one of the rooms will have a private entrance. Our home is centrally located between the mountains(hiking) and the ocean (surfing & sunsets), with museums, the mission, parks, recreation, shopping, wine tasting, Santa Ynez, Montecito (celeb sightings) and much more very close by. Bicycling is a very popular way to get downtown and to the beach, with bike paths located around town. We use Uber and Lyft for a night out downtown, as it is just a $10 ride with no parking fees and drop off right in front! if you do drive, there are several public parking spots which are usually 75 min free then $2.50 each hour after that. Stay for 6 months or a year or more, and find out why Santa Barbara is one of the most desirable cities in the country. Our home will help you leave all your worries behind!
