Please note, apart from this week’s special inclusion, appliances are not typically provided—the home includes heating and a water heater only. Situated in a convenient location, this property is close to local amenities, shopping centers, dining options, and public transportation—making it an ideal choice for those seeking a comfortable and connected lifestyle. The neighborhood is known for its welcoming community and peaceful surroundings. NOTE: All the utilities (water, gas, electricity, and sewer) are paid by the tenant.
