About 3013 Albina St
One bedroom in a three bedroom house, move-in ready, with a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, free parking, two fenced yards with green freshly cut grass (every two weeks a service mows the lawn), enormous patio with evening sunlight, and a fire pit (though sometimes the fire station is called so we don't use that too often). Preference given to sober occupants, as both of us are sober. We're both in our 30's, and are fitness nuts who eat pretty healthy and don't party. Dogs welcome! (as long as they're not reactive, as a sweet 50lb Border Collie named Maggie lives here). We're one block away from the beautiful Gorge walkway! It's Gorge-ous! And just three blocks away from the highway, and 10 minutes to downtown! If the posting is still up, the room is still available! We'll hold the room for several months if it means finding the right candidate, so if you're planning on moving in as late as Sept. 1st, send me a message! I'm Drewe, a 39 year old man who loves exercise, music, and cooking. I'm in the middle of a career change and have had a lot of jobs - mainly entrepreneur, but I've been a marketing director, as well as a housing support worker and a sobriety coach. I have an electric piano and guitar that you're welcome to use! The other roommate is Cale, a 30-something who's into exercise and is a full time addictions counsellor in Manitoba so we won't be around very often.
