It's a tremendous, cute, and warm home that's been functioning as an Airbnb for years- you can even look it up on Airbnb for more pictures and guest reviews. About me and why I'm renting out the house: I'm a food scientist/engineer, turned writer. I have some work lined up that'll require me to live out of town for an unknown length of time, so I'm looking for anyone who desires a furnished home. If you can commit to at least 3 months, that would be good (preference goes to applicants who commit to more than 3 months and as many as 12). Regardless, I'm flexible and open to hearing your unique situation and needs. Amenities included: central air, central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance, updated kitchen, updated bathroom, washer/dryer, and yard. Utilities are not included (to promote responsible energy use)- fortunately, it's an energy-efficient home, so bills are minimal! Let's see... what else... No pets. There's a storage/tool shed- if desired, I can get my stuff out of it so you can use it. There's an ADU on site (separated by a fence and greenhouse)- the ADU isn't part of the rental (but you can use the greenhouse) and basically just looks like a separate neighbor's house- it serves as storage for me and a place to crash when I come back to work on landscaping and home-improvement projects. On that note, the yard has been designed to require very little maintenance (and I'll take care of that work including weed management)- though, if you contribute to maintenance inside and out of the property, I'll gladly give you credits (discounts on rent).
