We provide a dishwasher and electric range. We do NOT provide the Refrigerator, washer or dryer. Updated bathroom. There is a full unfinished basement with washer and dryer hook up. New furnace, central air and water heater. The house sits on a very large lot and it is the tenants responsibility to maintain the yard. Application Requirements: • 3.5x monthly income required • 2 months prior bank statements for proof of funds for security deposit and first months rent • No minimum credit score • Pre-approval application required prior to showing • Valid state issued ID • Non-refundable $39.00 application fee per applicant over the age of 18 • Emailed response within 48 hours of submitting application • Security deposit due at lease signing • 24-month lease • Pet friendly, pet fees do apply, two pets maximum, breed restrictions may apply.
