The unit includes 2 assigned off-street parking spots and is located in a residential neighborhood within walking distance to major retail establishments, restaurants, churches, the library, the city park, and the downtown. Appliances include: Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Option for Washer/Dryer or hook-ups only Tenant is responsible for: Electricity (Hot Water), Natural Gas (Heat) Owner is responsible for: Water/Sewer, Trash Removal, Landscaping, Snow Removal First months rent and 1x security deposit are due at signing.
