Summer Vacation Rental & Off-Season Rental: Experience privacy, nature and the gorgeous New England seaside at this Nonquitt retreat. This beautiful and modern home is located within the gated seaside community of Nonquitt. This property features a reverse floor plan with an elevated main living area and open concept for a tranquil experience. Boasting 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, there's room for everyone. Unwind on the spacious screened back deck of this very private and wooded property after a day of the beach. Additional amenities include tennis, golfing, a children's day camp and mooring rentals are available at an additional cost. Property is only available as a long-term off-season rental September 2024 - late May/early June 2025 $3,750 and as a Summer Rental $5,000 weekly (First two weeks of July & Last two weeks of August).
