Enjoy a main level master bedroom with a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted tub, and separate shower. The upstairs has new carpet, 2 generously sized bedrooms that share a jack-and-jill bathroom, as well as two more bonus rooms that could be used for storage, offices, or an exercise room. The 3-car garage has a work bench and additional storage space. A well-behaved pet may be considered with a $1000 pet deposit, $500 of which is non-refundable. No smoking. First and last month's rent and a $4,800 security deposit due prior to moving in. Available for 12-month+ lease only. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, water, sewer, phone, internet, and cable TV/satellite. The resident is also responsible for removing snow from the driveway, walking surfaces, and patio/deck, lawn care, as well as costs associated with the alarm system if the Resident chooses to use it. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease. Resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Wasatch County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe. NEIGHBORHOOD: Known for its unbeatable access to ski resorts, Nordic ski tracks, and hiking trails, Thaynes is a historic and quiet neighborhood dense with trees and is only a five minutes drive to historic Old Town and Main Street. APPLICATION: The application fee is $75. Each adult tenant must complete and submit an application. Application fees are nonrefundable.
