This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Apartment is just over 1800sqft, and is located at the Northern edge of the Riley Park neighbourhood, just one block to the neighbouring community of Mount Pleasant. Simon Fraser Elementary and Westside Montessori are within 5 minutes walk. Also nearby are VGH, Cambie Village, Mount Pleasant Park and Main Street. The apartment for rent is self contained, with private entrance on the front porch, and it consists of the upper 2 Levels of this 4 level Renovated Craftsman home. This is an Unfurnished Rental with a move in date of December 1st on a 1 year lease term. PHOTOS: Please note that the furnishings in the photos belong to a previous occupant and are not available as a part of the rental. This is only available as an unfurnished rental apartment. This is a large apartment, with spacious rooms throughout. The majority of the apartment is located on the upper floor of the house, with the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Flex Space, 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom all located on this floor. There is a staircase off the Flex Space that leads up to the 3rd bedroom and a full bathroom. The Flex Space is located at the top of the stairs leading up to the unit from the front door. This is an open space (labeled Den on the floorplan) which provides access to the balcony, the staircase to the top level and to the entrance door of the Living Room. This area would work well as a space for a home office or a family room. The Living Room is located next to the Flex Space and is a large room with bay windows and restored wood flooring. The wood flooring is carried through the Dining Room, the Flex Space and the Kitchen and the hallway. The Living Room is connected to the Dining Room via a set of solid french doors which can be left open for optimum flow of air and natural light, or can be closed to create a more intimate dining room setting. The Dining Room will fit a large dining table along with additional Dining Room furnishings. The open style Kitchen is located directly across from the Dining Room, and offers extra countertop and cabinetry space, along with bar style seating. There is a dishwasher, gas stove, oven and fridge in the kitchen, and a window above the kitchen sink can be opened for fresh air and added light. There are 2 Bedrooms located at the far end of this floor, both of which face the back yard. These are both large rooms, each of which would fit a King Sized bed in addition to bedroom furnishings. Each of these 2 rooms include a bright alcove space surrounded by framed glass windows that provide ample light and fresh air. There is a full Bathroom with bathtub/shower located just outside of the 2 Bedrooms. The washer and dryer are also located in this area. The 3rd Bedroom is located on the top floor, accessed via the staircase in the Flex Space. This room is a large, unique space, with vaulted style sloped ceilings, 3 large skylights and an opening window at the far end that faces the front of the property. There is a full bathroom located just outside of this room which has a clawfoot bathtub and skylight to maximize natural light.
