I am looking for someone to take over my lease, which ends May 26, 2013 (and is eligible for renewal if desired). Target move-in date would be November 5, with some flexibility possible--please contact me to discuss details. The apartment is a 1-bedroom in southeastern Ann Arbor and has served me well for 5 years. Free wireless internet, nice living area, lots of closet space, plenty of room throughout apartment, short walk to Route 5 AATA bus stop which goes to UM campus/downtown one way and Meijer - Carpenter Road/Ypsilanti the other way. Rate of $749/month is $30-$50/month below what you would pay for the apartment if you weren't taking over a pre-existing lease. Security deposit is already paid in full, so you would not need to pay for that.
