The second floor features a master bedroom with two closets and a renovated bathroom, featuring a luxury shower and two sinks. Additionally, there are three more bedrooms and another updated full bathroom. The basement is fully finished with tile flooring throughout and features another living room/entertainment area with a wet bar! There is also an office room and the last full bathroom. The house also has an attached two-car garage and a large driveway. Tenants are responsible for all utilities plus snow/ice removal. Lawn Care will be provided by a service through the landlord and billed to the tenant ledger at cost. Estimated cost is $100 per month. Small dogs under 20 pounds, of non-aggressive breeds, are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets). No application fee. Non-refundable $125 lease processing fee per tenant, only charged if lease is signed. Non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 per bedroom (regardless of number of tenants).
