Built in 2001, it features: lots of natural light, central heat and air, washer + dryer, and kitchen appliances, all situated on 1.4 acres of beautiful woodland with a small creek. It has lots of privacy (it's private - not isolated). There are three bedrooms upstairs and two baths. Downstairs is a living room with maple hardwood floors, a kitchen with oak cabinets, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, a breakfast room/dining room, half-bath, and laundry area. The deck overlooks a fenced backyard. There is a small front porch and the yard is nicely landscaped. There are no water / sewer bills - it has a well and septic. I will consider a reasonable sized pet on a case-by-case basis ... with $300 nonrefundable pet fee per pet and pet rent that is variable based on pet size. Carrboro and Chapel Hill are about a 12 minute drive (9 miles) via Crawford Dairy and Jones Ferry Roads...and those that are familiar with the drive know it has little traffic and very few stoplights! It's in the Perry Harrison, Margaret Pollard, and Northwood school district. Chicken Bridge and the Haw River are very close - those who like canoeing, kayaking, bicycling, wildlife, and nature will be very happy out here. Call for an appointment to view.
