This townhouse is located close to Fort Sill right off Rogers Lane and has ceiling fans, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a stove, a fireplace, an upstairs master suite with a separate shower, washer and dryer connections, central heat and air, a patio, a privacy fenced yard and covered parking. Housing guidelines apply in regards to family size. Active military will receive refund of application fee if approved and enter a lease agreement. There are certain breeds of dogs that are not accepted: Akita, Belgian Malinois, Cane Corso, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Jindo, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Sharpei, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf Hybrid or Wolfdog or any mix of these breeds. Owner's approval is required for over 35lbs. A minimum of a $350 non-refundable pet fee is assessed for each animal.
