The spacious living area has is perfect for entertaining and cozy evenings. The gourmet kitchen features sleek countertops and cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space. The main bedroom suite features a spa-like bathroom and walk-in closet. All bedrooms are carpeted and have ample closet space. There is a washer and dryer included for your convenience. Just a short golf cart ride to Market Common, you'll enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, movies, and many entertainment options. Pets considered with screening, additional security deposit, and monthly pet rent. No smoking. An application is required for all occupants age 18 and older with a $55 non-refundable fee required for each applicant. A credit, background, and eviction check as well as employment, income, and rental history verifications are completed on all applications. In addition to the application fee, a one time $100 lease admin fee is due at time of lease signing and a $5 monthly credit reporting fee is required for reporting of rental payments to credit bureaus.
