Awesome location within walking distance of shops & restaurants. Easy commute to U of M Medical Center & Hospital, Trinity Health Hospital, U of M North & Central campuses, EMU and WCC. Owners will consider minimum 12 month lease term or multiple year lease term. Renters pay for utilities (gas & electricity), cable & internet service & renter's insurance. Landlord to pay the annual property taxes and the monthly HOA fee. Pet friendly: Landlord will consider up to 2 pets (one dog and/or one cat or 2 cats). The Pet Fee is $50 per month per pet.
