This is a very quiet, safe area and close to Cenovus Refinery, Nutrien, Whemco, General Dynamics and the hospitals. If you are working 6 months or more in the Lima area and do not want to stay in a hotel, this condo is the perfect retreat after work at an affordable price. This condo is completely furnished with everything you need from silverware, dishes, linens and towels. All utilities, garbage, condo fees and high-speed internet are included in rent. Rent is $1600/month (price for one occupant) and this unit also requires a $1,600 security deposit. No smoking and no pets are allowed.
