Welcome to Cloverfield! Our guests will immediately be immersed in the quiet sanctuary of their own pine-lined private drive. The barn just had a full remodel in 2019 so you are stepping into a brand new oasis! Your private tree lined driveway alongside sprawling horse corrals leads you directly to the barn with plenty of parking for everyone. The quaint barn offers privacy for all your guests in a quiet country setting. We offer an expansive king-sized bed in our cozy master loft. A newly renovated bathroom and shower, well-equipped modern kitchen, and full laundry services. Everything opens up to a palatial great room, which includes its own bar, game tables, and foosball with a centerpiece leather couch that will easily accommodate 5 or 6 offensive linemen. We’ve anchored the room with a 180 inch HD projector TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video live sports, and any other streaming video services you desire. Wifi is complimentary throughout the property and we’ve included an extra TV in the bedroom just in case you strain your eyes in the theater. You are welcome to a relaxing stroll through several acres of woods and gardens. We are in the heart of horse and golf country with plenty of fun just a few miles away. The gorgeous barn is centrally located just 3 Miles from downtown Southern Pines and 6 Miles from downtown Pinehurst. Within 10 minutes are numerous public parks, splash pads, miles of walking and biking trails, dozens of playgrounds, frisbee golf, tennis and basketball courts open and lit until midnight during the summer months. Your entire family will find something exciting for everyone of all ages. Be sure to stay Friday nights so you won’t miss free movie nights in the park, taco trucks at Southern Pines brewery, or live music at the downtown amphitheater. The barn may be rented by the day, week or month fully furnished. All utilities are included in the pricing. You have the privacy and seclusion of your own driveway, front yard and space around your rental. We do allow pets, please discuss with Lauren before booking. We look forward to hosting you!
