-1 bedroom, unfurnished, 14ft x 9ft - Shared Internet an extra $30. -Shared kitchen, shower/bathroom, laundry. -Parking available, if you want snow removal, you will have to pay for that. -Must love dogs. -We can NOT take extra animals/pets due to allergies and/or bylaw. Please do not ask to bring your cat as some in the home have cat allergies. -No smoking. No drinking. No parties. -Cannabis friendly. (Outdoors) -Access to outdoor space for visitors or gatherings. The yard is massive and is like being out of the city without leaving it. - You are expected to take out your own trash, recycling, pick up, clean after yourself, ect. No one will do this for you. You will be expected to assist to keep one common area tidy and do a once a month bathroom cleaning. We all do this. -Housemates are female, late teens to 40’s, in school, working or in programs to get them working or in better condition to work. Respectful clean males will be considered. This is a shared house due to the cost of living being insane, not everyone can afford to live on their own, especially after Covid. Housemates are multifaceted but we strive for a living space that can be quiet, respectful and conducive to self improvement and wellness of mind, body (and spirit for some). Even with many people in the home, we still have lots of cupboard spaces for you in the bathroom, hallway, basement common space and kitchen, not a storage facility and a proper home. Apologies if this seems harsh. We've had a lot of shitty people come to us. We will not tolerate yelling screaming, door/cupboard slamming, abusive or toxic behaviour. If you have mental health issues that need to be taken care of, that's fine. You are expected to take care of them, do your self care, and be a properly functioning adult human without that spilling onto everyone else.
