The master has a king-sized bed and large walk-in closet, the guest room has a queen-sized bed. The bath has a double-sink vanity with large mirror, tub, and shower. The kitchen has granite counters & stainless appliances. Tucked around the corner in the kitchen is the full-sized stacked washer and dryer. As you exit through the back door, there is a full driveway inside the gated/fenced backyard. There is also a raised pavilion with outdoor furniture, tables, and swing chairs, and a shared storage shed. *** We accept small (25lb max), adult dogs on a case-by-case basis and there is an additional pet fee and deposit. Dogs need to be crate-trained, housebroken, and free of disease. They will also need vet records for breed, vaccinations, spay/neuter, and flea prevention. *** Please note: this is a legal rental and we do charge the required state and local taxes at 13% on leases LESS than 6 months in duration. This would bring the total rent to $3,277.00/mo for a 3-month contract. The application process starts with a screening for all adult occupants (credit check, background check, evictions), and then lease signing with security deposit to hold the property.
